Noodles Masala Dosa

Another way to treat ur fly with blend of southindian and chinese touch

This dosa is for all the noodles lovers to taste it with dosa spread with chutney.Try it out atleast once.It tastes really gud.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • Dosa batter

    For Filling:

    • 1 pack Noodles (preferably maggie pack )
    • 1 cup of shredded carrot and green peas ( frozen)
    • 1 onion chopped
    • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tbsp coriander powder
    • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1 spring onion finely chopped
    • sugar 1 tsp ,salt to taste
    • oil as per requirement

    For chutney:

    • 1/2 cup coconut
    • 6 red chillies roasted in oil
    • 3 tbsp roasted chanadal
    • 2 clove garlic
    • salt to taste

     

     

     

    Directions

    1. Boil noodles in a vessel and drain and keep it aside.
    2. In a wok , put little oil and , first put ginger-garlic paste, when it leaves the aroma, put chopped onion, and fry till it becomes soft.
    3. Now put all the dry spices , and keep frying till the raw smell goes .Then add green peas and mix well till it gets cooked.
    4. Then add shredded carrot, boiled noodles and mix well adding salt, sugar and tomato sauce.
    5. Finally put spring onions and mix well again.
    6. Keep it aside.
    7. Blend all the ingredients for chutney in a blender and keep it aside.
    8. Now keep the tawa on the gas stove , when hot put oil and pour a ladle of dosa and spread it, when u find that the dosa  is cooked , spread the chutney with a spoon all over the dosa in a thin texture and then put the noodles filling in the middle and close it from both sides and take it out in a plate.
    9. Serve it hot with tomato chutney or tomato sauce.

    Viewers , pls note that in step 8, it should be read as pour a laddle of dosa batter on the tawa and then spread it .....
