Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    1/2 lb boneless chicken = 800gm approx.

    1/2 cup raw cream

    1/2 cup of yoghurt

    1/2 tsp of all spice powder

    10 nuts of cashews{roasted and powdered}

    1/4 tsp of cardamom powder

    1/4 tsp of black pepper powder

    1 pinch of black salt

    1/2 tsp chat masala

    salt to taste

    Directions

    1. mix all ingredients together and put the chicken in that mixture
    2. marinate the chicken for 2-3 hours or more
    3. put the chicken on skewer and roast or grill untill the chicken cooks
