    • 1 capsicum, diced in 1/2 inch size pieces
    • 1 firm tomato, cubed in 1/2 inch size pieces
    • 1 onion, diced in 1/2 inch size pieces

    Directions

    Balls:

    1. mix all ingredients except oil and make a dough.
    2. make small snack sized balls and deep fry them. keep aside.
    3. you can adjust cornflour if the balls are breaking while frying.

    Sauce:

    1. in a bowl mix vinegar, soyasauce and tomato ketchup, keep aside.
    2. in a pan heat 1 tbl spoon oil. Add garlic to it and let it become light brown in colour.
    3. once brown add cubed veggies and stir on high flame for 1-2 mins.
    4. to it add the mixture of sauces, salt and pepper and stir well. make the flame low while adding sauces else they might stick to the pan. cook for 10-15 seconds and add the already fried balls to it.
    5. mix well so that the sauce coats the veggie cubes and the balls well but the dish should be completely dry.

    Serving:

In a toothpick insert onion-tomato-ball-capsicum in that or any order and serve.
