Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup Bajri flour
    • 2 tb.sp. rice flour
    • 1 t.sp. finely chopped green chilly
    • 1 t.sp.kasoori methi chopped with a scissor
    • 3 tb.sp. finely chopped coriander leaves
    • 1 tb.sp. sesame seeds(optional)
    • 1 t.sp. cumin seeds
    • 1/2 cup curd
    • salt to taste
    • 1 t.sp. oil

    Directions

    1. Mix both the flours.Add green chilly + coriander leaves + kasoori methi + sesame seeds+ cumin seeds + salt.
    2. Add curd little at a time to make semi firm dough.
    3. Pre heat oven at 200c.
    4. Smear your palm with a drop of oil and make small thick puri (like round biscuits) and spread it on an oven proof tray.
    5. Bake it on both grills for 5 min, then on top grill for 5 min.Time may vary depending upon the thickness of puri.
    6. When it is light brown take it out.
    7. Cool and serve.
    8. It should be crispy.
