Falooda is always a favourite and it is hard to get it outside India. A slightly adapted version might satisfy your sweat tooth.

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings


    1. Spaghetti ( use the thinnest variety available)
    2. Vanilla Icecream 4 scoops
    3. Cold Milk 1/2 cup
    4. Rose Syrup
    5. Crushed Ice
    6. Chopped Almonds and pistachios

    Directions

    1. 1. Take the spagheti and cook in a deep sauce pan in plenty of water.
      2. Once the spagheti is cooked, discard all the
      water and wash the spagheti under cold running water.
      3. Take a tall glass.
      4. Put some crushed Ice.
      5. Pour the milk in the glass
      6. Throw in the almonds and pistachios
      7. Add one or two scoops of icecream
      8. Add the cooked sphagetti.
      9. Mix it up slightly.
      10. Pour the rose syrup on top and stir.

      Enjoy.


      You can also sprikly some kewra
      water for flavour.

    hi davinder! I know its name as sabza ,I dont know its other name. Well to describe it , it looks like mustard seeds in colour and size.Hope that helps. I agree with Divya , that is an imp ingredient in falooda .And v get falooda sev here, and v use that instead of spaghati.This vl taste like the 1 u hav in resturants.Enjoy it !!

    The important ingredient is missing.Takmariya seeds.I think sabza and takmariya are same.

    If u add 2 tsp of sabza ( soaked in water for an hr ) , that vl giv authentic taste to falooda.cheers!!
