Very nice n easy dish served with tomato or chilli sauce for the family

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 boiled potatoes
    • 1-2 tsp lemon juice
    • 3 crushed green chillies
    • 2 tbsp coriander chopped
    • salt to taste
    • ½ cup peas boiled and mashed
    • 2 tbsp whole peas boiled
    • oil for frying
    • soji for coating
    • 2 egg for dipping 

     

     

    Directions

    1. Mix all ingrediants together and make finger lenght oval chops
    2. coat the chops with soji
    3. dip in wisked egg
    4. and deep fry till golden brown
    5. serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce
