Grilled Sherry Fish pieces

Easy and Tasty Grilled Fish in 16 mins cooking time.Try this at home and post ur feedback.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 6 small Sherry Fish-scales removed,rubbed with 1 tsp salt(cleaned )and slit
    • 1 1/4 tsp chilli powder
    • 1/2 tsp fresh (crushed) peppercorns
    • 1/2 tsp vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp ground spice powder of(1/2 tsp cuminseeds+1/2 tsp saunf)
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1 + 1 tsp salt(1 tsp salt for cleaning)
    • 2 tbsp refined oil
    • few lemon wedges


    1. Make a paste of chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder,vinegar,ground spice,lemon juice and salt adding water and 1 tbsp oil.
    2. Apply this on the the fish well and marinate for 20 mins (keep in the fridge).
    3. Preheat the Microwave Oven on Grill mode.
    4. Arrange the marinated fish pieces on Grill Tray and Grill for 7 mins on high.
    5. When done take the tray out and brush oil on them and Grill for 6 mins on high.
    6. Take the tray out and apply the remain oil and Grill for 1 min on high both sides(press 'pause' to turn them over).
    7. Serve this hot with lemon wedges and with rice and sambar or Curd rice or with Indian Breads.
