Prawns with Spring Onions

Do try it, it is a very delicious dish, i promise.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 kg prawns (medium sized, red coloured)
    • 500 gm spirng onion
    • 200-300 gm oil
    • ½ tsp turmeric
    • salt to taste
    • 3-5 green chillies
    • red chilli powder as per taste
    • chopped coriander for flavour and garnishing



    1. Heat oil in a pan. Cook prawns in them, adding turmeric and salt in it, till prawns become soft.
    2. Now add chopped spring onions and cook till it is soft.
    3. Add green chillies and till it becomes little dry.
    4. If you like more spicy food, you can add red chilli powder and put it on flame for a few minutes.
    5. It can be served with roti, toor dal khichdi.
