Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 10 to 15 prawns
    • 1 small onion sliced
    • 2 garlic clove chopped or crushed
    • 1 cup of cabbage just torned into biting size
    • 1 cup of carrot sliced
    • 50 gms of french beans cut into 1/2 inche length
    • 1 capsicum cut into 1 inch length
    • 2 tblspn of soya sauce
    • salt as required
    • 1tblspn of olive oil

     

    Directions

    1. Pour oil in to the wide mouthed pan or in a wok add garlic stir well add onion stir.
    2. Mix all the vegetables except the capsicum.stir, cook in the high flame.
    3. Add prawns mix well, add salt.
    4. Finally add capsicum stir well off the flame and cover it for 5 mins.
    5. serve hot
