Mozzarella sticks

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 medium size potatoes boiled
    • 4 slices of fresh bread
    • 200 g mozzarella cheese
    • 1/4 tsp white pepper powder
    • salt to taste
    • corn flour 
    • oil for frying

    Directions

    1. Mash boiled potatoes and add bread (remove the edges) and make a dough of it add salt and white pepper.
    2. Now divide the dough in equal size and then gently roll it and stuffy with mozzarella cheese, then close it from all side to make stick then roll it in corn flour and deep fry till nice golden.
    3. serve with sauce.

    Dear Pallavi, this is my favourite.In a restaurant in my town they roll it in fine vermicelli, it makes it more crispy.
