suji n besan dosa (cheela)

Serves 4 people

Ingredients


  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 suji
  • 1 tsp chili powder (red)
  • finely chopped onion
  • grated gobhi
  • chopped green chilies
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of baking soda

Directions

  1. mix besan, suji, red chili powder, baking soda, salt n keep for 15 mintes.
  2. now add chopped onion, gobhi, green chilies n mix well
  3. take a wide pan aur tawa n put few drop of oil on it so that the mixture don't stick on the pan.
  4. spread the mixture on to the pan making a thick layer ...as we do in case on dosa..
  5. cook well on both the side until it became brown
  6. serve with chutney sauce or even sambhar.

@shahana- use water to mix suji n besan and u can also add little baking soda n keep it for 5-10 mins..
