Mutton curry

For shaheri time nice mutton is ready good with hot rice.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 500 g mutton pieces
  • 4 onion cut in to sliced
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • salt as to taste

FOR VAGAR

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1/2tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 3 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • salt as to taste
  • 3 cup water
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 25 gm mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger garli paste






Directions

First take pressure cooker add mutton pieces, onion, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and add salt close the cooker.

Ring 4-5 whisteling. after mutton is cook take in a bowl.

FOR VAGAR

  1. Take a pan add oil ,cumin seeds, then add onion saute them when onion apper brown in colour add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Add tomato, all spices and add littel amount of water mix well.
  3. After add mutton mixer and chopped mint leaves cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Then at last add salt and water cook for 1 minute.
  5. Take in serving bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. serve with rice.

dont you need to add some water to the mutton in the pressure-cooker before cooking?

ASAK Mariya, Ur mutton curry is quite diff from the norms & it sure looks tempting. I'll try it out at baqra eid( eid aladha).Thanks.
