Meat Ring

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 250 gm minced(mutton/beaf).
    • 2 tbsp spring onion fine chopped
    • 2 no. eggs (slightly beaten)
    • 2 no. bread slices
    • 2 no. dry dates
    • 2 no. dry apricots
    • 2 tbsp peanuts powder
    • 2 tbsp pistachew powder
    • 1/4 tbsp saffron
    • 1/2 tbsp mint paste
    • 2 tbsp green chillie paste
    • salt to taste
    • oil as req

    Directions

    1. Soak dates and apricots in same water for 30 minutes.
    2. crush the bread slices and grind the dates and apricots.
    3. Add ingrediants in the minced except oil, and mix it very well.
    4. Now merinate this mixture for 30 minutes.
    5. Now make round kababs of this mixture and make a small hole in the centre of kabab with the help of thumb.(its optional)
    6. Plain the borders of kabab.
    7. Now shallow fry these rings with the low flame.
    8. Serve it with yogurt and rice.
