Good! I tried this recipe and it came out OK. This dish was little bit on the sour side for me, may be because of the yogurt, tomato paste, chaat masala, lemon juice and vinegar. I don't think that I will be making this dish ever again. Thank you.

try this. Apply olive oil, red chille powder, salt and lime to the chicken and leave it for 15 min. Then Then add or make the tandori masala and leave for marination for 3 hours. Grill and fry the chicken. The olive oil acts as a tenderiser. farook
