Crabmeat cooked indian style

It is a wonderful combination of spices blended with Crab

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings

  • ½ lb Crab, meat only
  • 1 no. Onion, large, chopped
  • ½ cup Curry Leaf
  • ½ tsp Garlic, paste
  • ½ tsp Ginger, paste
  • 2 tsps. Mustard seeds (black)
  • 1 no. Tomato, large, chopped
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 nos. Green Chilies, chopped
  • 3 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add raya & curry leaves.
  3. Saute onions till light brown
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add the crabmeat, salt chilli, Red chilli and fry for 10 Minutes in medium heat.
  6. Add the tomatoes and close the lid and allow it to cook in low heat .
  7. When tomatoes are cooked garnish with pepper powder, lime juice and coriander leaves.
