Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    1. 1 cup mixed pasta(fusilli, spiral).
    2. 1 medium size onion
    3. 1/2 cup corn kernels
    4. 1/2 capsicum
    5. salt- to taste
    6. black pepper- to taste
    7. 1 dried red chilli- coarsely crushed
    8. 1/2 tsp basil leaves-dried
    9. 1/2 tsp- oregano leaves-dried
    10. 1/8 tsp ajwain
    11. 1 tbsp olive oil

    Directions

    1. Boil mixed pastas in 4 cups of water. After the pasta is boiled let it remain in the water.
    2. You can add some more water if it gets dried. Boil corn kernels if it is fresh. You can also use ready to use corn kernels.
    3. In a pan add olive oil let it heat then add ajwain.
    4. Add chopped onion, capsicum, corn kernels . Saute for 1 min. Add oregano, basil leaves, pepper, salt, and dried red chilli. mix all the ingredients well and let cook for 2 mins.
    5. Drain the boiled pasta and add to above ingredients.
    6. Mix properly and serve hot.
