Spinach & Fruits salad

Simple salad of Spinach, pineapple & fennel.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup baby Spinach leaves
    • 1/2 cup fresh chopped Pineapple
    • 1 Orange segments
    • 1 cup Fennel (thinly sliced)
    • 1 slice Red Onion
    • 1/2 cup Walnuts
    • 1 tsp Lemon juice
    • Salt to taste
    • Black pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, add chopped Pineapple, Orange segments, Fennel, Red Onion, Walnuts & Spinach.
    2. Add Salt, Black pepper & Lemon juice. Mix well. Serve.
