Finished summer soup

This is a north indian recipe.You can get all the ingredients in your home.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 2 carrot
    • 200 g peas,
    • 12 cauliflower florets
    • 1/2 kg potatoes sliced
    • 1/2 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp salt
    • 1 1/2 cup water
    • 1 1/2 cup hot milk
    • 50 g butter
    • A few fresh spinach leaves
    • chopped parsley for garnishing

    Directions

    1. Mix the sugar and salt with the water in a saucepan.
    2. Place over the fire and bring it to the boil.
    3. Cut the carrots into thin slices and add to the water.
    4. Add the peas, cauliflower, potatoes, milk and spinach.
    5. Allow to simmer for about 15 minutes before serving dot the top with the butter and garnish with the parsley.
