Coconut-khoya paratha

paratha with coconut-khoya stuffing

An unusual dessert.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 2 cups Wheat flour
    • 1 cup khoya
    • 1 cup coconut powder(burada)
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • dry fruits (ground)

    Directions

    1. Knead the wheat flour into a normal dough as in roti/paratha and keep aside.
    2. Mix the khoya,coconut powder , powdered dry fruits and sugar in a vessel.
    3. Now make small balls from the dough.Make 2 balls for one parathe.
    4. Spread two small balls as we do for roti. Spread the mixture on top of one roti.Cover this with the other roti and join them by pressing its sides.
    5. Heat a tawa and make the parathas.
    6. Serve Hot.
