delicious paneer made in cream

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 1/2 kg paneer
  • 11/2 kg tomatoes
  • 400ml cream
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • salt n degi mirch as per taste


  1. Blend tomatoes in a mixer
  2. Add tomatoes in 1 tsp ghee in a non stick kadai
  3. Cook till all the water is dried and they r dry
  4. Cool and add cream and paneer with salt, degi mirch and kasoori methi
  5. cook and serve with paranthas
