It will ring Your taste BUDS !!!!!......but still its healthy..

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 Beet root (boiled)
    • 1 Potato (boiled)
    • 1 Cucumber
    • 1/4 cup of Green Chutney (Grind together coriander leaves, lime, 2 green chillies, salt, a small onion, a small piece of garlic and ginger
    • Tomato Ketchup
    • 4 Bread slices
    • Salt n Black Pepper, to taste




    1. Cut the boiled Beet root, Potato & cucumber in small square pieces, and place all in a bowl.
    2. Add salt and black pepper and mix it well.
    3. Now take 1 slice of bread, spread green chutney on it. And on the 2nd slice spread the ketchup.
    4. Place the mixture above on the 1st slice and cover with the 2nd slice of bread.
    5. Grill it or make it on tawa.
    6. Serve hot.
