Paneer pineapple biryani

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup basmati rice
    • 2 cup water
    • 3 sliced and fried onions
    • 100grm fried paneer
    • 1/2 pineapple cubes
    • 5-6 flarest cauliflower
    • 1 inch. ginger
    • 3 potatoes
    • cashwenuts
    • raisins
    • almonds
    • 2 tbs. oil or ghee
    • salt to taste
    • Grated paneer and chopped coriander for garnish.

    Directions

    1. Take a pan, heat oil or ghee.
    2. Now add vegetables and fry for 2 minutes.
    3. Now fry dry fruits, add salt and rice and fry for 2 minutes.
    4. Add water and cook over low flame till the rice cooked.
    5. Add pineapple cubes, fried onion and fried paneer, mix well.
    6. Garnish with grated paneer and  chopped coriander.
    7. Serve hot with Raita.
