Chicken Soup

Its Different!

I learnt it from my dad, in a first glance it seems like a regular soup but by addition of couple of things it makes it different.

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • ½ kg chicken
    • 3-4 black pepper
    • 2-3 bay leaves
    • handful chopped coriander leaves
    • 1-2 cloves
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 chopped tomato
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • pinch of Chinese salt
    • 1 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 1-2 chopped green chilies

    Directions

    1. Take chicken in one bowl, add turmeric & both salts & mix it well.
    2. Now add all remaining ingredients & mix them properly with chicken. add 3-4 cups of water.
    3. Pressure cook this chicken for 15-20 min.
    4. Remove all solid pieces & refrigerate it ,so as it can be used for another recipe. leave few of boneless pieces in broth.
    5. Serve the soup hot.
