Nothing new in the recipe. Pretty well known and tried millions of times ----Indianised chilly chicken. (Actually there is nothing called chilli chicken in authentic Chinese cuisine)

the chicken can also be fried with a coat of cornflakes to it....one can dip the chicken in the batter and then dip it in the cornflakes crumbs...and then fry it.. the result would be superbly lip smacking.. please use cornflakes only and nothing else, nt even cornflour.
