Peanut Chutney

it chutney served with hot akkai roti or chapati

A tasty chutney goes well with roti and chapati

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 200 gms Roasted peanuts
    • 2-4 Green chillies
    • 2 tsp grated coconut
    • ½ tsp tamarind
    • salt to taste
    • coriender
    • few curry leaves(fried)
    • 2 pieces garlic
    • 1 piece ginger

    Directions

    1. Roast green chillies and curry leaves.
    2. add garlic, ginger, tamarind, coriander, and salt
    3. Grind all the above ingredients with peanuts.
    4. Serve with chapati or roti
