Eggs 2-in-1

Chinese style egg dish

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 eggs
    • 2 tsp cornflour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ajinomotto (MSG)
    • 2 onions (chopped)
    • 2 capscicum (chopped)
    • 2 green chilli, (sliced)
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 2 tbsp chili sauce
    • 1 tsp soya sauce
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper

    Directions

    1. Boil the eggs
    2. Remove the shell cut the eggs into halves
    3. Fry the egggs til brown keep it aside
    4. heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, chilli, tomato, capsicum
    5. Now give salt, ajinomoto, black peper and saute it.
    6. Saute it til all the items get fried
    7. Now in a cup take tomato sauce, chilli sauce,and soya sauce.
    8. Pour this on a pan and saute it for a while.
    9. Now in a cup take 2 tsp of corn flour pour it in the pan and saute it, til the gravy thickens.
    10. Now give the boiled eggs after 5 mins it is ready
