the best recipe for office goers thought has too many ingredients can be made quickly and very tasty to e eaten.Ideal for the lunch pack.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    1. 3 cups Rice
    2. 1 cup Beans (chopped)
    3. 1 cup Carrot (chopped)
    4. 1 cup Green peas (chopped)
    5. 1 cup Potato (chopped)
    6. 1 cup Turnip (chopped)
    7. 1 bunch Mint leaves (chopped)
    8. 2-3 Cardamom
    9. 2 sticks Cinnamon
    10. 3-4 Cloves
    11. 1” piece Ginger (grated)
    12. 10-12 pods Garlic (chopped)
    13. 4 Onion (chopped)
    14. Salt – as per taste
    15. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
    16. 4 Green chillies (slit lengthwise)
    17. ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
    18. 1 tsp Garam masala
    19. ½ cup Oil
    20. Paneer [optional]


    1. In a pan add oil then the cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, chopped onion, ginger, garlic then the mint leaves fry then until golden in color
    2. Add the green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala powder then again roast them until the raw smell goes off
    3. Now add all the vegetables, paneer again fry for 2 minutes then add the rice fry for 2 more minutes
    4. Add salt mix well and pressure cook until it gives out three whistles.

    hi nazia you can use raw veggies or u can also use cooked ones
