For the vegetarians who love little spicy tangy food with a touch of variety.


  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped beans
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. In a microwave safe bowl mix all the chopped ingredients along with all the sauces, vinegar, pepper and salt.
  2. Pour over it grated cheese and set in microwave for 10-12 mins.
  3. Ready to serve hot and spicy.


Heat a pan and add in it butter, now add in it maida flour and roast a little and quickly add in it milk and cook stirring continiously till semi thick. Take care no lumps are formed. Its ready!

Dear Roopa, hot sauce is readily and very easily available in any market. You dont have to make it at home. In other words its red chilly sauce (thin in consistency) but not the one used in chinese.
