Soya Kebab

made soya granules and channa dhal

healthy and easy to make. Its very crispy and yummy

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

  • 1/4 cup Soya Granules
  • 1/4 cup Channa Dhal
  • 2 tbsp Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Green chilles (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1/2 tsp Aniseeds
  • 2 tbsp broken gram
  • 2 red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp- pepper
  • Coriander
  • Chilli powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Egg white
  • salt to taste
  • Gram Masala to taste
  • Vegetable oil to deep fry

Directions

  1. Soak channa dhal for 2-3 hrs
  2. Wash soya granules in warm water
  3. Pressure cook soya granules and channa dhal for 5 min. 1 whistle and drain excess water
  4. In a mixer add broken gram, redchilli, pepper and aniseeds and make it as a fine powder
  5. Grind cooked soya and channa dhal
  6. Add onion, green chilli, garam masala, ginger and garlic, salt and powdered ingredients
  7. Mix egg white and corriander leaves
  8. Make it as a dough for kebab
  9. Take little dough flaten it in the palm and fry it in oil or tawa.
  10. Serve it with ketchup or mint sauce
