When I fry spring rolls they are not crisp and on the cover there are blister like bubbles...??

Add some amount of refined oil while u knead the dough,it makes spring roll crispy.

Hey kiran, well before you fry the spring defrost the rolls in microwave oven and fry in them in hot sizzling oil but on low flame... this will not create any blisters and bubbles on the the rolls... and if you fry them on the low flame they became really crispy! Hope it helps! Take care
