Dear Rashida,Fruits can be eaten any time.But if we take it before meal the digestion process starts.So the food will digest easily. This is one theory. If you are on diet, your stomach will be filled with fruits as it contains water and good amount of fibre and you will eat lesser qnty of food. Well here I would like to mention that fruits contain sugar which is predigested so it gives instant energy.More over they are well balanced with vitamins and minerals, contains fibre which help us clean instestines.
