what indian wine can i use for a flambe on indian bbq recipes


i would like to know what do you use for a flambe on indian tandoori recipes or do use seprate stuff for veg chicken and meat what indian wine can be used as the stuff i use is expensive

Wine for Flambe? Wine does not have enough alcohol content to ignite. You must use at least 80 proof liquor such as cognac (expensive) or whiskey/rum (cheap). The technique to flambe must be learned otherwise you are wasting alcohol and ruining your food.

None. I suggest you use brandy, which is the best.
