Hi, You can keep the momos on a steel strainer and then put them in the cooker with a plate below the strainer.. Do not put the weight on the cooker lid. You can also steam them in the idli stand. You can boil water in a big vessel. then tie a white cotton cloth over the utensil mouth and keep the momos on the cloth. Let the steam from the water do the magic.
