How come you don't put any kind of fat(like butter, margarine)? which can make cakes soft...I think try putting fat also and reduce number of eggs..All the best!14 year, 11 months ago
Try with 4 eggs and only a pinch of soda (not 1/4 tspn), Please use cream 4 tbls in the recipe. I think that would give you better result.15 year, 0 months ago
