Apple Crumble

Children loves on tea time.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 175g flour
    • 75g butter
    • 75g sugar
    • 3/4 Apples clean,sliced 2.5cm.
    • 100g sugar
    • Juice of one orange
    • 1-2 cloves

    Directions

    1. To prepare the topping, sift flour in bowl .
    2. Add butter and well rub with hand until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
    3. Mix in the sugar.
    4. Put Apple in a deep oven proof dish.
    5. Stir in all remaining ingrdients with a spoon.
    6. Sprinkle the prepared topping over the apple mixture and bake in fairly hot oven (200°C) for 30 minutes or until topping is golden brownand filling soft when pierced with skewer.
