Spicy vegetable curry

Goes well with rice, chapathis and puri

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1 cup French Beans
    • 1 cup Carrots
    • 1 cup Greeen peas
    • 2 Onions
    • 2 Tomatoes
    • 1" piece of Ginger
    • 5-6 cloves of Garlic
    • 2 tbsp Dhaniya powder
    • 5 tbsp grated Coconut
    • 1 tbsp chilli powder,
    • 2-3 green chilli,
    • 3 cloves
    • a piece of cinnamon,
    • ½ tsp saunf
    • 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
    • Salt to taste

    Directions

    1. Cut the beans and carrots and pressure cook along with peas.
    2. Grind coconut, dhaniya powder, chillipowder, cloves, cinammon, garlic, ginger. green chillies, sanuf, one small sized onion and one tomato into a paste.
    3. Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and tomato and add the ground masala
    4. After sometime add the cooked vegetable and salt .
    5. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
