Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 cup Soya chunks
    • 1 tbsp Chana dal
    • 1 Onion, big finely chopped
    • 6 green chillies
    • 1 cup dhania and mint leaves
    • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
    • 1 tbsp Corn flour

    Directions

    1. Soak chunks in hot water for 10 min & dal for 5 in cold water.
    2. Grind both into coarse paste separately.
    3. mix all the ingredients add salt lastly sprinkle cornflour.
    4. Shape into thin finger like sticks & deep fry in oil
