Stuffed tandoori aaloo

Grilled stuffed potatoes

an excellent vegetarian dish with a diffrence!!! u'r gonna love it ... as all my frieds do when i make it.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 medium size potatoes peeled
    • 3 tbsp mashed paneer
    • 8-10 kaju chopped
    • 1 tsp green chillies to taste
    • 1 tsp chopped ginger
    • 2 tsp chopped dhania
    • 1/2 tsp Anardana for dressing:
    • 2 cups hung curd
    • 1 tbsp mustard oil
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
    • 1/2 tsp dahnia power
    • 2 cups oil

    Directions

    1. Scoop out the potatoes, and boil the inner (that has been removed from the aaloo) and
    2. Mix it with the mashed paneer, green chillies, salt, ginger, chopped kaju, dania, anaardana. keep the stuffing aside.
    3. Fry the scooped aaloos slightly.
    4. Fill in the stuffing
    5. For dressing
    6. In hung curd, add mustard oil, salt, garam masala, dhania powder, red chillies powder.
    7. Put the dressing over the stuffed aaloos, keep aside.
    8. before the time of serving, bake in tandoor or oven.
    9. Cut into 2 halves and serve hot
    These potatoes will melt in your mouth with green chutney
