Ingredients vegetarian 8 servings


    • 1 Kg Small round potatoes
    • 2 tsp Bhuna dhania powder
    • 1/2 cup Imly juice
    • Few curry leaves
    • 1 tsp Chat masala
    • 20 big red chillies (remove seeds soak in water and grind with a piece of salt)
    • 2 tsp Bhuna zeera powder
    • 2 tsp Ginger / Garlic
    • 2 tsp Salt

    Directions

    1. Boil potatoes with salt.
    2. Heat oil, add curry patha, fry the masala.
    3. Fry very well by sprinkling littie water till oil floats on top.
    4. Add in potatoes mix well simmer on low fire for 5 minutes.
    5. Sprinkle in the chat masala and garnish with dhania and mint leaves.
    6. Mix all in imly juice.

    if u add mustard seeds with currry leaves then the taste will be more good.
