Idli 65

Tasty evening tiffin

Very easy and tasty snack children favorite snacks

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 4 Cooked Idli (cut into strips like finger chips) 
  • 2 tbsp Bengal gram flour
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil to fry

Directions

  1. Take a bowl, add gram four, chilly powder, turmeric, garam masala, ginger and garlic paste, salt and curd.
  2. Mix well.,Marinate the idly strips in the above mixture for 20 mins.
  3. Heat oil in tawa, roast the idly strips on all sides till golden brown and crisp.
  4. Serve with Tomato sauce

Hi christy gerald , Thank you for your suggestion I am pure veg so i cannot try this but i suggested to my friends u r idea and i will let u the taste thanks a lot please give me more suggestion so that i can post more recipes 4 u all.

Good recipe frm u Vinod.For 1/2 tsp spice powder, u can add 1/2 tsp chicken 65 masala(Aachi) and try this dish.It will be tastier.U can try this recipe with bread pieces for Bread 65 and bite sized chicken sausage pieces for Chicken Sausage 65 etc. too
