Beef roll

This recipe is very easy if u have cooked beef which you are fed up of eating! You can use any amount of bread and beef you want.It depends on you.When i wrote the recipe ,many steps have come,but when you do it .it's very easy!

Ingredients non vegetarian 8 servings


    • 1 packet of bread -edges cut [22pieces]
    • 3 eggs beaten
    • cooked beef
    • 1 cup water
    • oil for frying
    • 1 big onion
    • 1 big tomatoe
    • 2 green chillies
    • Coriander powder

     

    Directions

    1. First take 1 cup of water in a medium sized plate
    2. Dip the bread in water on 1 side and then dip it on the other side.
    3. Press the bread between your hands to drain off the water.
    4. Then place the bread on flat surface.
    5. Do the above steps for all bread pieces.
    6. Cut the cooked beef ,onion,tomatoe and chillies in small pieces.
    7. Take quarter cup oil in a frying pan and fry the onion tomatoe and chillies with corriander powder.
    8. keep it for 5 mins and keep on stirring it.
    9. After 5 mins add the cut beef into the frypan and mix nicely for another 5 mins then turn off the stove.
    10. With a teaspoon,place the beef in the middle of the bread and roll the bread.
    11. Do the tenth step for all the breads.
    12. Take 4 cups of oil in a deep vessel and place it in stove.
    13. Take the beaten egg in a plate and place the roll in the plate and coat the roll with egg and fry it in hot oil.
    14. Do the 13th step for all the rolls.
