PomeGrape Soy Smoothie

Smoothie done with Pomegranate,Seedless Grapes and Soy milk

Very healthy and easy recipe for a balanced breakfast.Generally good for health will be loved by kids and middle-aged people.

Ingredients vegetarian 6 servings

    • 1 big pomegranate (seeds juiced and strained to 500ml with 550ml water )
    • 400 gm seedless grapes(juiced and strained to 500ml with 550ml water)
    • 1/2 tsp ginger juice(optional)
    • 1 1/2 tsp cranberry syrup
    • 3 tbsp sugar
    • 500ml soymilk
    • 2 scoops vanilla icecream(optional)
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
    • 2 tbsp low-fat fresh cream(optional)


    1. Strain the juices and add all the ingredients as per taste and blend them using a blender for a min.
    2. Serve them in tall glasses immediately (for breakfast) or chilled(keep in freezer not more than 15 mins) otherwise. Enjoy the drink.
