Moroccan cookies.

I have done my amendments to make these cookies so it will not be the traditional way but they taste yummy.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 c sugar
    • 50 gm butter
    • 2 tbsp flour
    • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 c dried  coconut
    • 1/2 c pineapple jam
    • 1/2 c dried coconut.

    Directions

    1. Beat eggs and gradually add in the sugar.
    2. Keep beating until the colour of the egg changes.
    3. Now add butter, flour and cinnamon and beat well to combine.
    4. Heat the oven to 350 deg.
    5. cover a baking tray and brush with some oil
    6. Drop small round spoonfuls of batter, 2' apart from each other and bake for 15 min ( just takes a nice golden colour).
    7. Take it out and allow to cool.
    8. Just before serving, take two cookies together and stick them with pineapple, (optional method) coat  it with a thin layer of  jam again and roll it in coconut.
    9. Place on a serving plate and serve with tea,
