Peanut butter burfi

Very quick & easy soft burfi with a nice taste, serve your guests and make them happy.

Ingredients


  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cup grinned gohr
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup half crushed peanut and almonds.
  • 3 cup powdered sugar
  • sliver paper to  decorate on top( pot)

Directions

  1. In a pot bring the milk and gohr to the boil for 3 min.
  2. Stir frequently and remove from heat.
  3. Add peanut butter, crushed nuts and stir.
  4. Pour powdered sugar and beat with electrical mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour in a dish and press to level.
  6. Chill in the fridge & cut into desired shapes before serving.

Thanks hanabee & coolcook. Gohr is not much diff from brown sugar so It's nice 2 know u tried it with brown sugar and it turned out good. I have some brown sugar and may be I should try it out your process next.Cheers.

I used brown sugar instead of gohr and it turned out quite good,thanx.
