Onions and potatoes soup

Delicious and quick soup

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 Onions
    • 2 Small potatoes
    • 2 tomatoes
    • pinch of jeera powder
    • little coriander leaves
    • 1 tsp of Fresh cream

     

    Directions

    1. Take a pan, put oil and fry all the above mentioned vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
    2. Then boil the vegetables with little salt.
    3. Now grind the vegetables with little water. Now boil the grounded mixture in a pan with little jeera powder, white pepper powder and salt.
    4. Serve the hot soup by garnishing coriander leaves and fresh cream.

    Hi Archana! i liked your simple ''N'' quick soup becoz the ingredients u used are always available in almost every kitchen more over it is very healthy and tasty too. i added butter while sauted vegetables, becoz butter gives an exotic aroma to make the dish more gorgeous...thanx..keep sending such easy dishes..
