my mom prepare cabbage like this.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 250 gm cabbage (shredded)
    • 2 potatoes(cut into small cubes
    • 1/2 cup green peas
    • 1 tsp jeera
    • 1 tsp dhania powder
    • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 1 tsp sauf powder
    • 1/2 tsp haldi powder
    • a pinch of hing
    • salt to taste
    • 1/2 green chilli chopped
    • 2tsp mustard oil or any vegetable oil

    Directions

    1. heat oil in a wok
    2. add all the masale .
    3. add cabbage green peas and potatoes.
    4. add1/4 cup of water.
    5. cook on low flame till sabji gets tender.
    6. garnish with coriander leaves. serve with roti paratha
