Cashew Laddoo

u can add rasins or cloves according to your taste.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup Cashew nuts
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 2 tbsp rose water
    • 1 tbsp water
    • 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
    • 1/4 cup melted ghee

     

    Directions

    1. Dry roast cashewnut and allow it to cool for sometime.
    2. In the mixer,put in wipe mode and make a coarse powder.
    3. Heat the pan,add rose water,water and then sugar.
    4. When it reaches 1 string consistency and bubbles raises up.
    5. Then add elaichi powder,cashew nut powder and ghee.Mix thoroughly in the sugar syrup.
    6. switch off the gas.
    7. Apply ghee in the palm and while warm itself,make small balls.
    8. Cashew ladoo is ready.
