Pineapple pudding

Light & fluffy desert

A very easy to make dessert for busy house wives.

Ingredients non vegetarian 6 servings


    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 cup yoghurt
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 cup powdered milk
    • 4  slices pineapple
    • 2 eggs
    • Few mint leaves or your choice of fruits to decorate.

    Directions

    1. In a food processor combine all & process until  nice & smooth.
    2. Pour in a baking dish.
    3. Heat oven to 190c & bake in oven for 1 hour (approx).
    4. Once the pudding is set & slightly golden from the top , shut the oven & let it cool.
    5. put in the refrigerator over night.
    6. Cut into squares & serve on individual plates & decorate with mint or your choice of fruits..

    WASWB Afshan if you live in Jeddah then the Arabic name 4 sour cream = labnah.Hope tat helps. Cheers.

    Dear Naz, the recipe says milk powder if u put liquid milk it will take a very long time to set. Cheers.
