Rabadi with malpua

Nice in iftari put in refrigerator chilled serve.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    FOR RABADI

    • 500 gm milk
    • 35 gm khoya(without sweetness)
    • 2 tsp cardamom powder
    • 1/4 cup dry fruits cut in to pieces
    • saffron dissolve in 1/2 cup hot milk

    FOR MALPUA

    • 30 gm khoya(unsweetened)
    • 35 gm sugar
    • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
    • 5 tbsp milk
    • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
    • A pinch of orange food colour
    • oil for frying

    Directions

    FOR RABADI

    1. Take a pan add boil milk, add khoya, saffron, add sugar. mix well
    2. Boil for 12-15 minutes.
    3. Add cardamom powder and add dry fruits.
    4. Also boil for 3 minutes.

    FOR MALPUA

    1. Mash the khoya add all purpose flour, milk mix properly.
    2. Add cardamom powder and orange food colour.
    3. Make bite size malpua fry in slow flame.
    4. Take out in a dish garnish with silver varakh.
    5. Take in a serving bowl pour rabadi and put malpuas.
    6. Garnish with cherry and rose petals.
