Singapurian Rice

Original recipe of singapurian rice

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1/2 kg rice (boil)
    • 250 gm spaghetties
    • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
    • 1 onion
    • 4-5 spring onion (only green part)
    • 1 cup carrots
    • 1 cup cabsicums
    • 1 tsp ginger flakes
    • 1 tsp garlic flakes
    • 3-4 green chillies
    • 3 tbsp tamarind pulp
    • 1 tbsp curry powder
    • 1 tsp black pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • 3 tbsp white flour
    • 1 tbsp corn flour
    • 5 eggs
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • salt as needed

    Directions

    1. Boil rice without using oil and salt.
    2. now add flours and 1egg in chicken cubes and fry them.
    3. Heat a pan soute white onion then include ginger garlicflakes and all vegetables now fry it 2-3 minutes.
    4. Add rice, tamarind pulp, curry powder, black pepper and salt (little by little, coz we are using tamarind and curry powder as well).
    5. Now add speghetties and up and down properly.
    6. Add 1/2 tsp red chillie flakes,2tbsp cabsicums and salt to taste in the 4 eggs and beat it very well.
    7. fry eggs and add in the rice.

    soute the onion in 6 tbsp oil.
